Following the charity art workshop, I’m excited to launch my “Bake & Paint” Creative Workshop at Palate Sensations Cooking School on 16 September Sunday and raise funds for Cat Welfare Society again. At this fun cat-themed creative workshop, guests will enjoy a hands-on culinary session on baking cat-shaped cookies and then learn to paint cats using the mixed media of calligraphy ink and watercolour. I have simplified the painting techniques so it’s purrfect for beginners. Making a special appearance is Chairman Meow, the resident kitty who might be inspecting our cat creations!
After the workshop, you will be treated to a choice of tea, coffee or soft drinks, along with your freshly baked cookies. Big thanks to Palate Sensations Cooking School, our venue sponsor and its Managing Director Lynette Foo for donating their proceeds to Cat Welfare Society. I have learnt how to make many wonderful dishes at their culinary school such as fresh pasta, breads and butter chicken curry - so do check out their classes at www.palatesensations.com. See you at this food and art fundraiser!
